Phenuma - ABR large-format collage juxtaposing key elements of mobile media capturing fragmentary and nonlinear essence of digital culture.

Phenuma is a large-format collage that functions both as a standalone artwork and a visual record of the creative research process. Through this piece, I have juxtaposed and contrasted key elements of mobile media to capture the fragmentary and nonlinear essence of digital culture. The artwork is comprised of graphics that have been developed through art-based research (ABR), representing various stages of inquiry and conceptual directions explored during the study. The collage incorporates elements from my previous digital graphic series: Screens & Mirrors (2021-2022), Unscapes (2021), Temporary view (2021), and Dark patterns (2020).

Presentation: the collage is composed of four modular panels, which can be arranged in three different configurations, allowing for a dynamic, reconfigurable experience. This way it reflects the ever-changing aesthetics of mobile imagery and digital interfaces, inviting viewers to discover new meanings and connections within the visual language of new media.
